i just watched an accident in front of my house......diao. i saw a whole series between the motor and car which crashed>.<....while the car's victim was my relative=,=.luckily no people dead. the motorist was a malay. zzz
that malay guy doesn't have motor license as well, after that, the ambulance car came and brought back 0 person. because the malay guy was scared because doesn't have license.
I wonder why an accident needs a lot of steps in order to complete. @,@ when there is no police intervene.
at the end, the malay paid to my relative total RM 150. Opportunity cost occured>.<.
