It would only get used when YOU are really Hopeless in Death, Suicide, and something really affect your Internally (Patah Tangan, Kaki, coma or Insane) or externally such as friends and family members.
Or It is just a damned words for me, count it as 马屁..........
You should try to change yourself to proof it you are successful on doing things before getting those 鼓励 :D
